NO PAYMENT or NO CONTACT results in further action with Ebay!  I will, and have, filed a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT with Ebay each time.  I lose a lot of money in fees if you do not pay.  When I file a NPB alert, I can recover some of the money.
Refund
All items are sold AS IS.   I only offer a refund if I have misrepresented an item.  I issue the refund ONLY AFTER I have received the item back.
Buyer pays return shipping costs.
I will refund the original amount and the original shipping.
