Dated June 1, 1915. “Manufacturer of Boiler Tube Cutters” noted on the front. Great vignette of some kind of device which appears to be one that Shackelford himself may have had a patent on—see the closeup where you can see his name on the depiction of the device with “PAT” next to a date.
