This is a vintage 1971 calendar plate was produced by Alfred Meakin in Staffordshire, England. The scene in the middle is a country farm house
with a man walking down road.
It says "God Bless Our House Throughout 1971" at the 6 O'clock position,
Each calendar month also show the zodiac sign for the month which is actually very unusual for vintage plates. The back is marked Alfred Meakin Staffordshire England.

9" Diameter Porcelain plate
Color: Brown & White
When issued, these came in 3 different colors, Red (Burgundy) & White, Brown & White & Blue & White although I haven't ever seen one from 1971 in Blue. The red one is more common while the brown one is a bit more scarce.
CONDITION:  Like New.  No Damage, Breaks, Chips, Cracks.
This would be an excellent addition to any collection. Would also make a great gift for some one born, graduated, married or gave birth in 1971!
