Condition: KEIHIN Carb removed from a Honda E300 Generator. Generator has not been started/ran in 10 years. But, was stored with no fuel in it. Best guess is this will need to be rebuilt or taken apart and cleaned. Does not smell like old fuel. Everything moves easily by hand.
