    Description

    A lovely teapot by Alfred Meakin in the Hereford pattern. It stands 6" tall with the lid on and the diameter of the base is
    5" There are no chips or cracks but there are two minor flaws on the lid, both of which appear to be in the manufacture. There is a small loss of paint underglaze on the green trim on the lid and on the very top a small crack in the center of the glaze again this appear to be when it was made  as it does not extend through the lid, this has caused some crackling to the glaze. I have tried to show these imperfections in the last two images. Always happy to answer questions.
